This course contains 4-weekend classes and each class is 1.5 hours. Students will learn the key nutrients and individualized healthy meal plans to support their growth. Student will learn simple solutions and natural remedies for common health challenges from the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic Medicine to support their health throughout their life. At the end of the course, students will be able to design their own healthy meal plan with practical and useful information they have learned from the course. They will be able to handlecommon health challenges with the knowledge they obtained from the course to benefit the rest of their life.
