Refund and Return Policy

We have a 14 calendar day refund policy for our physical products. Past that period we unfortunately can’t provide a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened and packed in the original condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will then email you to notify you the approval or rejection of the refund. Refunds are applied to the original method of payment excluding any shipping charges. A refund will be processed within 3-6 weeks of receipt of the product after we exam and approve it.
