If you focus on this daily habit, you can still have dark and thick hair in your 80s.

The best way to comb your hair is to comb back from the hairline of your forehead, and then move from the opposite direction, which is from the back to your forehead. Finally, comb from the roots of your hair on both sides of the ears and move in the opposite direction. You can divide your head into the front, back, left, and right four areas, comb one area for 5-6 times and then move to the next area. Combing your head 100 times a day is the most desirable for achieving amazing results.

In terms of choosing a comb as a healing tool, the best options are combs made of horns or wood, and the surface is smooth. You can combine it with essential oils such as rosemary, lavender, frankincense, etc. to enhance the result and potency.
